We would like to clarify that we have no affiliation with the current supplier of SAPPH products. They are exploiting our SAPPH brand without a license or our permission. We are as upset as you are with the way they treat consumers, suppliers and other stakeholders and we are actively taking the necessary steps to prevent them from doing this. While we are committed to resolving this situation, this process unfortunately takes time. Please know that this has our full attention.
